SNSD picked as the idol whose comeback is the most anticipated.
Recently, SNSD, whose popularity transcends beyond Asia and is widely spreading into other continents like Europe and South America topped a survey conducted by an online music site, Monkey3 entitled ‘Which idol group’s comeback is anticipated?’. The survey was conducted from April 28th to May 4th involving a total of 530 participants.
Out of that total, SNSD received 36% (252 votes) to secure the no.1 spot. 2NE1 came in 2nd with 19% (132 votes), followed by 2PM in 3rd with 17% (117 votes), Beast in 4th with 15% (103 votes), miss A in 5th with 8% (54 votes) and 2AM in 6th with 7% (46 votes).
SNSD’s impressive success on the Oricon charts with 3rd Japanese Single ‘Mr.Taxi/Run Devil Run’ is an indication that the girls’ popularity is on the rise. Commentors of the site stated, “Hopefully the day I get to see them on stage in Korea will come very soon”.

and its kinda like a lucky draw. you may not get the passes.
Well I've missed it already it was fine for me since I'm not going to Japan :(

Girls' Generation will perform on TV Asahi's Music Station on May 13th.
They will be performing their popular new single , 'MR. TAXI,' which was released on April 27th. Since this song is the girls' first original Japanese single, many are curious to see how they will perform and what kind of outfit they will reveal that day. After the news was released, the girls said, "We've been wanting to perform the song ever since it was finished. Even if it only helps a little, we will try our hardest to make everyone in Japan feel better, so please look forward to it."

K.Will chose Girl' Generation's Yuri when given the choice between her and singer IU.
On May 4th, MBC's 'Golden Fishery - Radio Star' was aired and guest K.Will was asked to pick between Yuri and IU. The two were previously featured in K.Will's music videos, with Yuri being in 'Dropping the Tears' and IU in 'My Heart is Beating'.
The MCs made him choose between the two of them after persistently bothering him, asking if he "looks to see who is the most popular person at a particular point of time". Seeing K.Will's distressed expressions, Wheesung instructed him to speak carefully and said, "Take your time to open your mouth", showing his awareness of the possible consequences.
After thinking for a bit, K.Will answered, "IU has come out twice in my music videos, so I'll choose Yuri." After hearing his answer, Kim Heechul made K.Will burst into laughter by randomly responding, "COOL's Yuri".
