110504 Netizens: Taeyeon is the best person for the job
Idols who are likely to be the future mentors on ‘MBC Star Audition: Birth of A Great Star’ have garnered attention among netizens.
Music portal Bugs! conducted a one-week poll entitled ‘Which idol would most likely be the future mentor of Star Audition?’ from April 26th to May 2nd. From the result of the poll, Taeyeon was ranked 1st, receiving 45% of total votes (2,487 participants).
Apart from SNSD’s albums, Taeyeon had received recognition for her great singing skills in various original soundtracks (OST) and she is known as the ‘singing skill terminator’. Participants of the poll showing their supports for Taeyeon by stating, “Taeyeon is an artiste whose voice, singing skill, etc can never be denied” and “Taeyeon devoted herself to be a strong leader of 9-member SNSD. Based on her experiences, I think she can be a great mentor to her juniors”.
JYJ’s Xiah Junsu came in 2nd with 41% (2261 participants), 2AM’s Changmin in 3rd with 6% (282 participants), IU in 4th with 4% (201 participants) while Beast’s Yang YoSeop in 5th with 3% (191 participants).
