During a recent filming for Y-STAR‘s ‘Gunggeumta‘, celebrity trainers revealed that girl groups put in a lot of hard work and dedication to maintain their figures through intense workouts and strict diets.
A trainer revealed that Girls’ Generation‘s Yuri was able to form her abs by diligently going to the gym after finishing her schedule every day while Seohyun goes to the gym every morning. The trainer also giggled while joking that Jessica suddenly shouts if the workout becomes too difficult. It was also revealed that KARA‘s Hara completes 100 to 300 moves for one set to maintain her ‘ant waist’.
Suzy‘s trainer shared, “Young girl groups are most tempted by flour based foods including spicy rice cakes (ddukbbokki), kim bap, and soondae. If Suzy sees me eating by myself, she says ‘How can the teacher eat by himself’ and gets antsy. I can’t get myself to look at her glaring eyes [when I eat].”
