110714 Special SNSD encore episode with extended footage to air
SONEs will be pleased to hear that Universal Music Japan recently announced that NHK will be airing an encore episode of Music Japan’s “Girls’ Generation Special” on July 15th. Though it has been less than a month since the original broadcast of the episode, there have been numerous requests for a re-broadcast.
The original episode included SNSD’s journey in Japan during their promotions there, as well as interviews on a variety of topics.
In addition to the encore episode, there will be an additional 15 minutes of unreleased behind-the-scenes footage. Universal Music Japan hopes that, “people who caught the special, as well as those who did not, will not miss it this time."
Anticipating fans have shown their excitement with comments like, "Even though it is an encore episode, the extra 15 minutes makes it worth watching again. Looking forward to it!"
